From reception to recovery: how we transform textile waste into resources
A transparent, traceable process focused on maximum valorization
Each step is essential to ensure quality and compliance
Textile materials arrive at our facility via authorized carriers. Upon arrival, we verify documentation, check load compliance with declarations and register entry into the traceability system. Each batch is identified with a unique code.
Before processing, each batch is analyzed to determine composition, quality and optimal destination. We classify materials by fiber type (cotton, wool, synthetics, blends), condition and valorization potential.
The heart of our process. Specialized operators manually select materials, separating them into categories: garments for reuse (first and second choice), materials for mechanical recycling, textiles for chemical recycling, industrial rags.
Selected materials are stored in dedicated areas, organized by type and destination. Storage is done in compliance with R13 authorization, respecting quantity and time limits set by regulations.
Depending on destination, materials are prepared for reuse (quality control, sanitization, packaging) or for recycling (pressing, packaging for transport). R3 operations allow us to transform waste into secondary raw materials.
Recovered materials are sent to national and international markets. Reuse garments to second-hand markets in Italy, Europe, Africa and South America. Regenerated fibers to recycling industries. Industrial rags to manufacturing companies.
The concrete benefits of our work
CO2 saved per kg of textile reused instead of produced new
Water saved per kg of cotton recycled instead of grown
Average recovery rate on materials we process
Material sent to landfill: our daily goal
We organize guided tours of our facility for clients and partners interested in seeing how we work up close.
